How do I schedule an appointment?

Please call the office Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm to schedule your appointment. If we are unavailable, you may leave a message and we will return your phone call promptly.

How do I cancel an appointment?

Please call the office at 907.357.7781 at least 24 hrs. in advance if you need to cancel your visit. You may leave a message 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How can I see my lab results?

You will receive a call from Susan, our nurse, if your results are abnormal in any way. Otherwise, results are available by calling the office and asking for the nurse to return your call..

How do I refill my prescriptions?

Please call the office as soon as you realize that a prescription refill is necessary.

Who do I contact about billing information?

Our billing service handles all concerns regarding your charges and your insurance coverage. Please call our billing service at 907.745.6440 with any questions or concerns.

I’m interested in taking the Prepared Childbirth class. When should I take it?

Our childbirth education class, ‘Prepared Childbirth,’ should be taken between 32 and 37 weeks. Class is for expectant mom, as well as the primary labor support person.

Insurance Claims?

Insurance claims are filed by our billing service. The information you provided on your new patient information form is used for those claims and needs to be kept current. Our billing phone number is 907.745.6440.
