D. Glen Elrod, M.D.
Dr. Elrod graduated cum laude from Wabash college in 1991, with a B.A. in Biology. He earned his M.D. from Indiana University in 1997. He completed his residency at Bethesda Hospital in Cincinnati, and after completing his residency, spent six years in the United States Air Force. He has been in private practice for two years and has now made Alaska his home.
Tonya Jones
Tonya is the Office Manager. She brings 10 years of experience in the medical field to our practice. Tonya is like the guide of our practice- she keeps things in order, on track, and running smoothly! She works hard behind the scenes, as well as with our patients, being available to answer questions and assist in any way that she can.
Susan Anderson
Susan is the nurse. She brings to our practice over 20 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery nurse, most of which were served in the United States Air Force. She served with Dr. Elrod at Elmendorf AFB, AK and upon retirement, made Alaska her home. She has a thirteen year old son, who keeps her very busy with his basketball!
Andra Saylors
Andra is our Receptionist as well as our Aesthetics person. She is a licensed cosmetologist and loves her job! She has a nine year old son, Lukus.
Tara Kramer
Tara is the Childbirth Educator and Labor Doula. She has two children of her own, a five year old girl, Aubrey, and a three year old boy, Ethan. She is passionate about women’s healthcare, particularly supporting women in achieving a healthy pregnancy and a positive, empowering birth experience. In addition to her work at the office, Tara is also an apprentice with Mat-Su Midwifery, a local midwifery group that our practice works with (and enjoys doing so!) often.
